Complex assembly with very poor instructions. Wood parts were labeled but not the complicated metal brackets. In addition one chair rail was off so far I had to unscrew it drill a new hole and reinstall it. Even a cursory quality control review at the factory would have seen that. The institutional-grade frame is made from heavy-duty powder-coated 18-gauge round tubing with two U-shaped double-riveted cross-braces - one in front and one in the back - to securely support the double-hinged legs. Color-coordinated V-tip stability plugs provide added reinforcement at the frame's junction and matching replaceable glides prevent floor damage. The 3200 Series meets MAS Certified Green and ANSI/BIFMA standards.
