The light came quickly, but the driver left the box far from my house down a long driveway, right in the middle of a rain storm. I told Wayfair and they immediately sent a replacement, which is great customer service. The new light arrived quickly and looks great over my kitchen island. My reason for a four star rating instead of five is that I can’t figure out how to enable the light for my smart house system. There is a remote control which I find obnoxious to deal with—I think I need to change the switch, which might solve the issue. This chandelier makes an industrial statement with a unique twist from the glass panel shades. It arrived in flimsy packaging and one of the glass panels was broken. Also the gold metal pieces that hold the glass panel shades had to be adjusted to make the shades look straight. Wayfair has an excellent policy and customer service, tho, and we received a replacement the next day or two. We picked up bulbs from a local hardware store. These are 40 watt equivalent (4 watt) clear glass bulbs. We wanted and tried frosted bulbs, but only found 60 watt equivalent (5.5 watt). It's exactly what I was looking for! Great size for a large dining table with white shades. The shades do have some color variation in them- not solid white.
