[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First and foremost I did not use this light in my foyer, I bought a second one of the same pendant lights and used them over my newly installed kitchen island. The midnight chrome is absolutely beautiful and has modern touches to it. I like how well it dresses up my kitchen area. I liked the Downtown Deco collection so much that I also bought the convertible chandelier light for above my dining table as well. The pendant light puts off just the right amount of light and since I have mine connected to a dimmer switch I can adjust the lighting for any occasion. This is a high quality product that was very easy to install once I got the electrical ran to the position in the ceiling I needed it at. The instructions were clear and easy to follow.
