So far so good. This bed was a pain to put together. Not only that but the headboard seems cheap and is not as tall as I initially imagined, but you get what you pay for. By the time everything was in place it seemed very sturdy. I used my own box spring which further shortened the height visually of the headboard. We shall see how long it lasts. Very disappointing, the bed I received does NOT have the same detail as the photos on the website. The vertical rungs on the head and footboard are smooth round pipe not the more sculpted detailed ones on the website. I might have picked another bed with more detail had I known. This bed is worth buying. Got it in the black full and white queen. Love the look and was easy to assemble. Had to request another piece because of damaged piece on the black bed. The white bed had the same piece damaged but not as noticeable as the black one so I believe they need to changed the way it is packaged to ensure the piece is not damaged.
