The tub is gorgeous. Make sure you use mild detergent to clean like dishwashing liquid. I used soft scrub comet and it took forever to get the lighter color film residue off. It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. Ordered this in brushed gold and it is a very sleek design as described! It came with all needed parts and easy to follow instructions. Mounting base and plate were already put together which was confusing initially when checking the parts list. I have never received anything packaged as nicely as this faucet was.. Roberta.
