The chairs are beautiful! However I did receive two boxes that were in terrible shape and when I opened one of the boxes, the hardware was missing. I would suggest that when consumers return products, you all inspect the boxes for completion before reselling the items. I do appreciate Wayfair’s fast response in resolving the issue. They sent FedEx out to my home to pick up the missing parts items and sent me a new box pretty quickly.
