This island is exactly what I was looking for. It did take quite a while to put together as I was building it by myself. The box also arrived heavily damaged (someone had either stepped on it or kicked it). As a result, one of the doors was cracked. We ordered the rolling island in white with stainless top. It was a bear to assemble, but we got it done. I chose this one because the wheels are hidden. It’s a lovely cabinet from the front and adds storage in the kitchen. It moves easily, sometimes too easily. The things I’m not crazy about are the back of the cabinet has panels that are secured with plastic tabs and screws. If you’re using this as an island, just know that they will show. The top is thin metal that scratches easily and shows EVERY handfingerprint. The top MUST have a towel etc under a cutting board to protect it. This is a nice piece and looks like the picture. However, be warned, this is a very complicated DIY assembly. I have lots of experience in that area and generally enjoy assembly and this took me 4-5 hours to assemble. I truly love this piece. I added wallpaper to the doors which I’m loving. The only negative thing I have to say is the drawers are super thin and not very deep which is expected with the width of the island without the leaf up.
