Our TV cabinet arrived quickly and was packaged very securely. It comes in two boxes and it is very heavy, so you might need two people to carry it in. The instructions were good and all the pieces were there, which isn't always the case, so very happy with that. It is not an easy assembly, but there are moving parts and a lot of smaller pieces, so that's not a surprise. At one point we needed two people to stabilize a section while tightening some screws, but for the most part, it's a one person job taking maybe 3-4 hours if you're not experienced. The look is nice. We got the light oak color and it's a little lighter than I expected, but looks good. The most important part is that it works perfectly. We haven't installed the TV yet, but the remote works and it slides up and down effortlessly. The only slight minus is that the remote has no instructions or directions. Good quality, well made. Really pleased that I only had to put the legs on. Delivered a week before the estimated delivery date which was really helpful. We love this tv cabinet. It wasn't that hard to put together as some other customers have mentioned. We did find a few places when putting on the top, the dowls would not line up with the holes so we had skip using them. The color of the cabinet is a bit darker than the picture, but I know all pieces are unique in color. There were 4 places we had scratches and 1 chip, but instead of sending it back or requesting new pieces, WF adjusted the price for us and made it right. Overall, this is a cool piece of furniture and looks great in our living room up against our WF washable area rug.
