Update: I reached out to Wayfair and this has been resolved. It was an easy process, so therefore I am going to give it 4 stars from 1. The tree is very full when you fluff the branches. I would buy again. First I want to say that I received this tree as promised. Thank you. I just opened the box to put it together so I would know if everything works alright. The middle section does not fit tight on the bottom section, therefore it leans. I have attached photos to show you the damage to the middle section shaft that goes into the bottom section. I don't know if that ring is supposed to be that way, but I feel if it was around the entire shaft it would have fit tighter. Also, is that shaft supposed to be bent in like that? That too would make since that it doesn't fit snug and it leans away from the bent part. So, overall I liked the tree. It definitely took me a couple hours fluffing out and I resorted to calling for backup. If you don’t spend the time fluffing and doing it well, then it will definitely look a little sparse in some spots, especially the bottom portions. But, once you do put in the work it’ll look a little full though there will be some spots that will still look a little “empty.” This is the first Christmas tree I’ve put up myself and so I had two major issues. The first is definitely the height. I’m not 6 ft tall and neither is my sister and yet the tree was the same height as us. Of course we could have properly measured it but first impressions are important. So had to make it 4 stars instead of 5. Also, the tree “branches” were mostly wire. What I’m trying to say is the individual branches weren’t filling “tree.” It was the metal partake only half the branch was tree. Hope this makes sense. I’m really happy with this faux eucalyptus tree! It was fairly easy to put together, although a few of the branch labels were missing, so I had to use a little process of elimination to figure out where some pieces connected. Even with that minor inconvenience, assembly didn’t take very long. One thing that surprised me was how large it is. The tree itself makes a great statement piece, and even the black pot it comes in is a nice size. If you don’t already have a decorative planter, the included pot looks nice enough to use on its own. When I unpacked it, there was very minimal shedding of leaves and debris, which was a pleasant surprise since artificial trees can sometimes make a mess. After fluffing out the branches, it looked full and realistic. I recently had family over for the weekend, and several people commented on how much they loved the decor and asked about the tree. It adds a fresh, natural look to the room without any maintenance. Overall, this is a beautiful faux tree and a great addition to any space.
