My dresser came to my door with no damage. My only gripe is the weight. It was heavy and in 2 boxes. I am glad it was in 2 boxes. More boxes would make it easier to get in the house. It was relatively easy to assemble because we had all the parts/pieces, pre-drilled holes were accurate, and we took our time understanding the directions before we built. The item itself was great, looks just like the pic. I knocked off a star cause the side cabinet that opens is very stiff and difficult to open so if you need to open and close it regularly, this could get annoying. Really beautiful wood grain— comes mostly assembled, but you have to use an Allen wrench to bolt in the legs and middle bar on the bottom, and to switch the hardware from inside the drawers to the outside. It’s packaged that way to keep the hardware safe. It’s on the smaller side, but fits my 50” tv on top, and is perfect for storing things like socks, underwear, or basic t shirts.
