I’m really pleased with this purchase. It arrived quickly, and was definitely heavier than expected, but I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of it. This sideboard is very nice. It goes great with my black dining table. I do have to say that the instructions aren’t great and for a relatively simple box it takes a long time to assemble (about two hours). But it is solid once assembled and looks quite elegant with the glass and light. My only other complaint beyond the instructions is that the light is powered via a usb connection but it doesn’t come with the wall plug to attach the usb cord to. Really disappointed with Wayfair lately the things I’ve ordered have come damaged. This recent order was no exception. I received this item and one of the panels was completely broken in half. It was delivered on July 6th. I contacted them the 9th or 10th and requested the replacement piece. They shipped it Monday the 13th with an expected delivery date of 716. It’s now 717 and I don’t have the item which now isn’t coming until 721. It only took two days to ship me the entire box originally. That to me is unacceptable. Wayfair said nothing can be done. I keep walking by this sideboard buffet cabinet and keep falling in love each time!!! I adore this cabinet! It looks soo beautiful in my dining room, I wonder why I waited so long! The piece is VERY heavy. I was not able to push or pull the box in house, I had to unpack the box outside and bring each piece in separately. It took about an hour to assemble. I didnt need any tools, it came with everything I needed. Pay attention to the directions, there are alot, but it goes quick and easy, the doors dont sit perfectly when you first put them on, the directions show you how you adjust them to perfection AFTER you assemble them. Super easy peesy, just a little heavy, but nothing I couldnt work around. It really made my empty, dull dining room become something that makes me smile. I would recommend this sideboard 1000%!!!. I’m very happy with it. It took a bit of time, but I was slow and cautious and deliberate, and I would say it went together quite easily. There are a couple of little white scuff areas that I need to clean up. There is a gap of maybe a half inch between the two doors on the left. Ideally they would meet. It doesn’t bother me too badly because it still looks black. Hopefully the surface will hold up overtime.
