** UPDATE** this coffee maker broke after a couple of weeks of daily use. I emailed the customer service email address that was provided by the company in the booklet it came with and they have ignored me. I’m really frustrated. It only dispenses about 2 ounces of coffee. You have to open and close it and reset it 3-4 times to get 2 more ounces each time. Also, when you open it, it sprays hot water on you which is dangerous. I tried all the troubleshooting tips the booklet suggested and now the company is ghosting my email. If I got a defective unit they should be happy to send a replacement but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. I would NOT recommend this coffee maker or anything else from this brand. ** I’m really liking this coffee maker so far! My old one was big and bulky and I only drink one cup of coffee a day so I needing something smaller and simpler. I love how this one has the option of filling the pod with ground coffee or using pods that you buy already filled. It also has an iced coffee setting, several size options for different cup sizes, and a bold or regular option. I was really impressed by how quickly it heats up and makes a cup of coffee.
