What can I say! This sofa is everything. It came in three relatively small boxes. I would have never imagined how big it actually was. It is quite large and super comfortable. The pics depict it out of the box within a few hours. I will update the pics once it has been at least 48 hours. Great quality fabric.. Carl. Orlando, FL. Mon May 25 2026

The modern sofa arrived within a week in two large boxes. The sofa pieces were well packed and the color is beautiful. The back cushions are comfy and full. The downsides, the bottom cushions you sit on are very thin and you can feel the sofa frame underneath especially where each section meets. The way the frame is assembled is also very complicated with a ton of screws and cheap plywood base so it’s not fully even. The material is soft but snags easily. I was extremely disappointed due to the color being perfect.. Aimee. Raleigh, NC. Sat Sep 19 2026

I received this sofa yesterday and I’m still waiting to see if the seat cushions inflate more. I don’t think vacuum sealing the seat cushions is a good idea at all! You have to wait 72 hours to a week for the cushions to inflate. So far they still have a long way to go after 28 hours. So hopefully after 72 hours to a week the sofa can be sat on. Also, the bracket that connects the left arm to the back of the sofa isn’t mounted completely to the correct angle. There is a slight misalignment. I covered it with a throw blanket so that it isn’t noticeable.. Ruth. Wilmington, NC. Tue Sep 29 2026

Bring flexible comfort into your home with this compression cloud sectional sofa, thoughtfully designed for modern, space-conscious living. Built with a fully cushioned, boneless foam structure, it delivers a softer, more adaptive seating experience compared to traditional frame-based sofas. Each piece is vacuum-compressed for easier delivery and sized to move smoothly through standard doorways and elevators. Unpack and Recover - Setting on the floor and unpack the edge, simply allow 24–72 hours for the foam to fully expand and settle into its intended shape. There is no risk of sudden rebound injury with no pocket spring design. Please Note: Due to vacuum compression and roll-pack, cushions and armrests may appear slightly uneven or wrinkled when first opened. This is normal and temporary. Allow time for full expansion, to speed up recovery or smooth out cushions, use a blow dryer on warm/cool setting or a steam iron carefully over the cushion surface.

I'm sitting on a cloud of comfort! If this was a sofa, I'd been knocked out for sure! Its firm but, sstill comfortable and the sleek black corduroy fabric, adds a luxury feel to it. Nice pillow too! What impressed me most, is that it's a ample size, it's beefy and will easily accommodate my big back brother!. Fred. Clinton Twp, MI. Sun Jul 26 2026

Incredibly uncomfortable. Back seat cushions don't stay put. The frame of the couch is very lightweight and we've had instances where sitting down hard causes the wooden slats to pop out of the metal frame, causing the sitting person to suddenly sink INTO the couch. Would not recommend.. Lori. Sat Aug 29 2026
