I was a bit nervous buying such a big grill online, but this thing is a beast. The first thing you notice is the build quality—it’s heavy. Unlike the flimsy ones I’ve seen at big-box stores, the side tables on this are super sturdy when you’re prepping food on them. Assembly took me and my son about an hour. The instructions were actually easy to follow, and all the parts were labeled clearly. A huge plus was the bonus grates and griddle plate included in the box. Delivery was quick and the package arrived in great shape. I was a bit worried about assembly after reading some mixed reviews, but my 12-year-old kid and I put it together in just over an hour. I like this flat grill and lot. A lot of space for grilling and very easy to use. But I wont recommend buying the Royal Gourmet grill cover.
