it works as advertised. it was easy to install, but only becaues i've installed another bidet before. the instructions are not very detailed, and the rubber gaskets do not come pre-installed for all pieces. You need to double check which way they're facing prior to installing, and the instructions do not mention this at all. It is also very flimsy, despite water going through it. Really great bidet. I’m replacing the same model I broke because I didn’t re-tighten it on the toilet. Not the fault of the bidet. I plop down pretty roughly when I really need to urinate. I love the options for water pressure and temperature for the seat, water, and the fan. (Very important to adjust the fan’s heat to lowest level) the nightlight is helpful for me not to wake up my dog who sleeps in my bathroom. The seat warmer is lovely but can get too warm so I usually keep it on a lower level. Why didn’t I do this sooner Love this bidet seat. That being said, I was able to install an electric outlet myself, but for our newer built home the plumbing was an issue.
