Box showed up pretty beaten up, had a few bent areas but was easily straightened. Cord is a bit of a booger to get through the mounting bracket, but other than that, its pretty straight forward assembling it. It looks super cool, really happy with it. Would definitely recommend.. I thought the black shades had yellow metal inside, but they are fully black. This actually turned to advantage as they reflect any color light bulb you put inside.
