It’s definitely heavy! It took my father and me about five hours to assemble. The little door won’t open, so I’m guessing we may have done something wrong during assembly. I still love it, though! We’ll try to fix it later, but for now, it looks perfect to us.. I will say this is for a 1-7 year old. Anonymous. US. Thu Sep 17 2026

It is big enough that she can grow into it but not so big that I’m worried about her using it now it’s very sturdy the drawer glides out very easily. The door opens and closes soft softly. We bought this for our four year-old daughter to come home from school and have a space that she could go to and wind down from the day. The desk is a mess or I would have taken better photos. She likes organizing, but not really cleaning up. We love the side pocket on the bottom in the drawer folded out. Piece is great. The cabinet closes correctly and doesn’t wobble. You have to build it and it’s a little tough, but it’s worth it and you can see screws so visually you might not like that but I think it’s worth the money.. Anonymous. Thu Oct 01 2026

Looks great! It’s very sturdy. The black looks really nice. Took my husband two hours to put together but he wasn’t rushing. The drawers open smoothly but they do make slight sound as it sort of scrapes along the metal. The drawers don’t have stoppers so COULD fall on toes BUT they’re so deep that I can’t imagine that happening. We do plan to remedy that in some way because it for our 7yo son, but not necessary for older kids or adults. chair opening is very large which makes it nice for widercrossed-legged chairs. Awesome way to incorporate some shelves and we LOVE that it combines as a bedside table for him. He absolutely loves it.. Sachin. Thu Aug 27 2026

Great little desk. Fits very well in a smaller bedroom and the tilting drawing table is a great function. My only critique is that the small metal piece inside the wooden knob came out of the knob the first day we had it. We were able to fix it with some gorilla glue. It was not over tightened either. Perhaps just a defect. It was easy to assemble and I was able to do it myself. Happy with the purchase.. Sara. Atco, NJ. Sun Oct 04 2026

Great desk for a 9 year old. The drawers are fabric, the top one doesn't go in all the way because of the bar in the back. The two sections are held together with 2 wood pegs and isn't very sturdy and leaves a small gap. Our fabric drawers came really dirty. It was easy to put together and works as a nice first desk..
