This would have gotten a 5star if the right upholstered set came to us in full. Half was beige 1 and the other half was in in beige 4. Had to call and ask for slip covers to match the intended ones ordered....but when they came, it still didn't match with the originals so I had to call and get a whole new set of covers sent so they all will match. Whatever you do, tell them to note that the set all matches to avoid this. if it does happen to you, ask for entire slip cover for all 8 seater to be replaced to ensure they all match.. Ha. Florida. This sectional sofa with ottoman came in five large boxes which were delivered right outside our apartment door on the second floor. The young female FedEx driver was professional, happy, and very strong, and she pushed the bulky boxes up the staircase without damage. Each package was well protected and easy to install and configure as suggested in the pictures or according to your individual preferences. The fabric looks good as shown on the website. We enjoy sitting and lounging on this sofa. So far we have no complaints of this product because we only received it on May 24th, 2026. I didn’t realize this has to be assembled, but it was pretty simple. I was able to assemble it by myself, granted it took me about 1 12 hours, but I’m sure others can do it faster. It’s much firmer than I expected BUT it is super soft and very comfortable! One question I had before purchasing was if it’s two separate pieces — it is not. It’s one piece so there isn’t a possibility of them sliding apart. Another question was if there is enough back support. I think so. Extremely happy with this!!! Fabulous quality for the price. Super easy to assemble - I did the whole thing myself as a 28yr old 5’3 gal! Came in 4 boxes an vacuum sealed cushions. Only took around a day or two for the cushions to fully shape. The ONLY things I wish were a little better is the plushness of the cushions and thickness of the back rests.
