This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I am pleasantly surprised at the comfort of this chair! The seat cushion is a little more firm than I would normally want - but it is still comfortable to be in for several hours. The color is creamy white as listed, but it is the cream color I was hoping for. It took my husband and I about an hour to put it together, and did not present any issues while doing so.
