Bought this for my husband coming home from hospital. Arm pads are Velcro and they keep coming off so we cannot keep them on while he’s in it. Haven’t used the massageheat in FL but lift works well and is helpful. I’m 70 and put it together myself but had great difficulty trying to hook up the wires underneath some of them were kind of weird. Had a neighbor do it and he was much younger and struggled himself with it, but he eventually got it done! Every time the cat walked by it would come undone so he came back and zip tied them so they wouldn’t keep coming off. My husband‘s a big guy so it’s a little bit narrow for him, but it’s working.. This chair is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and friendly on the skin. It works wonderfully. The buttons are clearly labeled and function perfectly. It was very easy to assemble. The directions were easy to follow which made set up a breeze. It is very well made and you don’t feel the brackets from the lift when it sits you up. Marty. OR. Thu May 14 2026

I am 6.3 and 295# The chair is sturdy. I like the wide seat, it make it easy to shift around when reclining. The chair was easy to assemble. it has two USB ports. The electric lift is very slow. My feet sticks out past the lift but is still very comfortable. It only has a leg and back adjustment. This chair does not come with a head or lumbar adjustment. It comes with a small pillow that the instructions suggest to use for the lumbar. (between seat and back hinge). For me it provided no advantage for the Lumbar. But is just Perfect for my head and neck support. I thought I would like the pop out CUP holder on one side and a wireless phone charger on the other side. . I should of gotten a chair that the holder was always available on both sides. The Side Storage is too far down on the side and not very useful. The Arms are cushy, but I wish they had flip up storage. To hide my remotes. When I use the "ejection" seat lift. the remote slides off the arms. The massage functions is very nice, but annoyingly starts in the "auto" mode and them sequences from back, lumbar, thigh and leg. I prefer normal mode and use constant back lumbar and leg massage. (Needs a memory favorite function). The heat function is nice but is limited to the lumbar portion of the chair, I wonder what it would be like to heat the legs with massage. Wayfair delivered the chair in 4 days. Instructions were very simple and generally clear. I was a little confused with the cord connections. the instruction were not clear and the pictures were not helpful. the cords have male and female connections to the controls, motors and seat components. When the cords are plugged together, One of the plugs have a hinged lock that clips to the other plug, keeping them from pulling loose. On One cord set (male and female connection) both ends had a hinged lock, I had to discard the extra lock for the other connection lock. ...At first I thought the wiring was wrong. (remember my slow comment.) But after lots of testing. I am certain all is correct. Would I buy it again? ...Yes... Would I have bought it if I sat in before buying ... not sure... Rory. The box came split open, wasn’t happy about that. There were wires missing which I’m working with the company about that. So as of this writing the USB port doesn’t work nor the heat. I do like the chair except. The arm rest aren’t as easy to slide on as it seems. Maybe it’s me. The arm rest was labeled wrong, good thing I know my left from my right. Hope to get the wire issue resolved soon.. Jackie Doerfner. Perry, MI. Sun Nov 01 2026

We all fight over this chair! My only complaint is that it doesn’t massage. It just vibrates. I love the heater. It also lays so far back which is so nice. This was so worth it for our family! 1010 reccomend it. Madi. Kansas. Mon Oct 12 2026

I chose this chair for a friend with a broken leg having to transfer out of a rocker into a wheel chair. The rocker was difficult because of the movement and he was unable to move very easily without putting pressure on the bad leg. This chair was great for his size (~300 lbs, 5'11) and the forward tilt has been a lifesaver for him. The chair is great that it reclines at different angles and almost fully flat for him to sleep if needed as well. It arrived in 3 boxes. I assembled it myself in about an hour. The hardest part was getting the arms to go inside the rails and pushing them down all the way. It seemed very sturdy and didn't scratch the floor as I was moving it. I like the storage inside the arm rests. He will probably not use the heating/vibration functions but those are good to have just in case.. Katie R. Birmingham, AL. Mon Oct 05 2026

The recliner chair has a wide sitting base and soft composite material with a supportive back and padded armrests for ultimate comfort. The mechanism of the reclining is durable and steady, it can be operated normally for many years.

Recliner was easily assembled, and has been a comfortable addition to my den. However, almost exactly at the one-year mark, the electric motors are failing. The ‘massage’ feature has devolved into an annoying buzzing which now provides feeble vibration. The lift feature is slowly fading. Fortunately, I purchased the extended warranty, which I highly recommend you do!. David. Thu Oct 29 2026

800lbs Big and Tall Office Chair, Executive Chair with Adjustable Headrest, High Back Extra Wide Seat, Heavy Duty PU Leather for Home Office, Comfortable Large Computer Desk Chair

This office chair is comfortable and has a great look. The upholstery seems to be high quality, with a good amount of padding on the seat and back. Lumbar support is wide, although the seat pad itself is slightly misshapen. The wheels and adjustable headrest are a nice touch! Assembly isn't bad, it definitely helps having two people to position and hold parts together but it's doable with one.. Madison. Freeport, FL. Thu Jun 25 2026

EXCELLENTO! Arrived on time. The big box got me a bit nervous but after opening it was a breeze for this 70 year old young woman to assemble it in no time. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING about my new chair, especially the messages, the heat....and yes....the lift! And THE PRICE WAS RIGHT for such a beautiful recliner. I'M IN LOVE WITH WAYFAIR NOW! UPDATE......Springs coming up pressing against leather seat and sitting is so uncomfortable and uneven and every so often when in recliner position the entire chair just drops with forceful landing. This happened at first but after a few times just stopped so I thought the issue had been resolved. I just got this Nov 5th 2025! So glad I purchased the insurance.! Unacceptable! Looking elsewhere for quality and comfort!. Evalyn. Junction City, OR. Sat Oct 10 2026
