Important Concern: The moment you receive this door, place the door, while still in the box, in your garage for at least 2 weeks. The box and door have an extremely strong chemical scent that is unbearable and strong. If you immediately install this door, you will regret it. The smell is so strong, it will permeate your entire home. To continue with other aspects, some assembly is required, but it not difficult. Came securely packaged and I was able to install it myself. The primer had a rough feel to it so I painted it with the same paint we have on our molding. I ordered 4 doors (2 per space) and 3 out of 4 were good. One was a little warped, which caused issues for the professional installer. He made some cuts and sanded, but it still doesn't close perfectly. It's almost like it's bowed, and touches at the top and bottom, but there's a gap in the middle where 2 sets come together.
