These were really attractive with the white rim, and the design was perfect with a lipped edge on the plate, nice size and shape of bowls, perfect size coffee cups. I especially loved the dinner bowls. One plate had a defect and it was quickly and easily replaced, such great customer service. I was so excited - at first! But once we started using them, every piece showed scratches from simply using a fork to gather food, and worse scratches from using a knife to cut food. After 2 months it's beyond any return window, so we donated them and bought better dishes. Solid, heavy, and beautiful! Each plate has its own little quirk. One plate in particular has been dubbed the "feather plate" as it has what appears to be 2 feathers in the glaze.
