Very study stoneware plates and bowls. Simple and beautiful design that can be used for normal everyday use as well as dressed up for formal dining. The polished rims really look nice in person and dress up the dish set. Love the “lip” around the edge - allowing better management of the food on the plate from the edge. This set is so beautiful and sturdy. If I had to find one flaw about them it’s the bowl size doesn’t allow them to fit in the dishwasher properly.
