Delivered in two well packaged large boxes. Came with clear and visual directions with well labeled parts. It was time consuming but very intuitively made and easy to assemble; took me two evenings of 3-4 hours each to assemble all of it piece by piece. All parts were made of high quality and consistent, no irregularity, now that's good QC! Clamps were the hardest to put on but I followed all instructions. This is beautiful and very comfortable. I'm 74 easy to put together. There was a hiccup putting the last screw in and wayfair took care of it immediately. They replaced it!
