This chair is as pictured, pretty and pink! The aesthetic is more casual than the wing back chair that it’s replacing, but it’s so much more comfortable. I can sit for hours (with the occasional stand and stretch of course) without back or leg pain. It’s a gaming chair so it’s made for sitting relaxing. I really like this chair. It is comfortable and looks nice. The cushion seat and back are comfortable with plenty of room. The legs were a little tricky to put on but if the instructions would have been a little clearer on how to twist them in place (wheel part) it would have gone easier. The only challenge I ran into was with the armrests—the included hex wrench made it a bit difficult to reach tighter spaces. A longer, screwdriver-style hex tool would make that part much easier. I chose not to install the footrest since I already use a separate one, but everything else came together smoothly. well the first thing that comes to mind is the speed of shipping that came very fast. the chair itself is awesome. I just could not find a comfortable counter height chair for my counter height kitchen table so I was thinking out of the box. I assembled it in probably a half hour to 40 minutes without any problems. I especially like the longer handle allen wrench with the bar at the end of it that made screwing in the screws a lot easier than a little finger allen wrench that you usually get with stuff. all the parts were there all the screws lined up without difficulty. chair is basic with nice coloring and ample padding on chair seat and arms. I am able to reach around while sitting to adjust the lumbar support. this chair has a rocking mechanism which I was not aware of but I havent dialed that in just yet but there is a knob to adjust the rocking mechanism. the height adjustment is pretty straightforward you have to not be sitting on the seat to raise it up. the seat is wide enough so I can sit with one leg under in a cross leg position and that was a big plus for me. the armrests lift up fully out of the way. I have lvp vinyl in the kitchen so these caster wheels slide across very easily. the foot rest is also what I had to consider and this one is perfect. all in all this is a perfect chair for my counter height kitchen table and it supports my wide load without difficulty.. We love the beige it is a little lighter than the picture. Nice top- stitch features. Very comfortable. I have not experimented with the five-click lumbar support. I do think if you are short and use the maximum lumbar support you may need a footrest. My husband on occasion needed a second pair of hands. Finding a nice gaming chair for much larger humans has been hard. My baby bro lol is a super husky dude. He was in need of a new chair but it needed to be able to hold his weight. I came across this one here and I loved that they had so many color choices!!! Of course he was boring only wanted black. Putting it together was quick and easy.
