Our contractor opened the box and found that the sink had a crack running the length of the sink. We contacted the manufacturer through the Wayfair website. We heard back from the manufacturer within 24 hours and they told us that they would replace the sink. However, there is no way that one can separate the sink from the countertop. We called a Wayfair representative and within 24 hours Wayfair had reordered our item to replace the broken one. It arrived today and looks beautiful. I would rank the vanity 5 stars out of 5 stars and thank Wayfair for such prompt resolution of the problem; however, I ranked it 4 stars out of 5 because of the inconvenience of receiving the broken item. There should be quality control in regards to checking an item before packaging it. There was no evidence on the package that something was damaged in transit. We have ordered a lot of items from Wayfair and this was the first time we had a problem. We would definitely order from Wayfair again, especially with their customer support team!. Emily. OMG this vanity is perfect! I wanted a natural wood tone and something I didn’t have to assemble. This did not disappoint! There is a little greywhite in the wood color which is beautiful. I love the curvature of the sink. I also love the drawer, although I can’t fit my charmin ultra strong big rolls in them. Narrower TP rolls could fit sideways though. Plenty of storage space. Minor assembly of the legs is needed to get this vanity up and running.

This vanity is very well made from top to bottom, and it comes fully assembled except for the legs. It's a heavy piece, with a quartz top (the description says engineered marble in one place and then quartz in another -- it's quartz). The sink is nicely finished, and the drawers and cabinet feel closer to wood than a lot of MDF furniture. I replaced the knobs with heavier chrome ones to add to the quality feel. One thing to note is that the description says the top is "ivory white," which is inaccurate. It's quartz white, the same color as the base. It came completely unassembled, but it was easy to put together. It will take two people to assemble it quickly and easily (roughly an hour), but one person can definitely do it with a bit more time — and, of course, a bit more frustration. Have a friend help out to make the process faster and less frustrating. There was a bit of a gap in the doors, but after some tweaking, it became much less noticeable and we can live with it. Came quickley , packaged well, no damage!! I purchaed the 20" for a small powder room so it came assembled. The color goes great with wy wood floor which was a big plus!! It is pretty strudy and well built. We had to cut out part of the top shelf to go around the pumbing of a new faucet. But it stilll gives me a littl room on ea side for storage of toiletries. Fits perfect for the small space. We refinished the wood molding trim and had to trim a few pieces down to install and anchor vanity to the wall. Very happy with over all look and quality.. Jo.
