Bernhardt Bedroom Furniture 4poster King Bed

Featuring an extra-tall backboard, the upholstered shelter bed makes a statement full of texture with a woven-inspired body and subtle circular legs.

The only detractor from this purchase is WAYFAIR itself. Their website can't differentiate Queen to King. Their email system of communication was non-existent if not confusing. And the delivery date missed. Now as for the Product, this is a good item - but that has more to do with the Manufacturer, than Wayfair. Luxurious, nice curves, low profile. The height of your mattress is an issue, get the bed first, and then adjust with the correct box spring from there. Oh - and Wayfair did allow an earlier delivery time, than other sellers, so that is a positive. PS - I hate the bate switch offer for 10% discount, when it doesn't apply to repeat customers. What BS!. Philip. Schaumburg, IL. Wed Feb 04 2026

This bed has dramatic turnings on the bed making a strong design statement, capped by a collared metal canopy frame in a burnished sauternes finish. The fluid lines of the arched headboard and concave footboard lend a sense of balance to the design. The posts break to transition from high to low posts with the removable metal canopy frame.

This is so much more beautiful in person! I love it!. Tina. Culpeper, VA. Fri May 01 2026

This exquisite 5-piece bedroom set is masterfully crafted from solid wood, featuring a bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and a mirror. Each piece combines classic design elements with a modern twist, while the natural wood finish highlights unique grain patterns for added elegance.

Lovely and nicely crafted but very heavy (80 lbs.) Barclay Butera mirror from his Malibu collection looks lovely hanging in an alcove near our dining table. One cautionary note: Suggest possibility of hiring a professional to hang this one after my husband made several concentrated efforts. Rather than using one 100 lb. hook, he finally wired the mirror through the D rings and hung the wire on three 100 lb. hooks so the weight would be more evenly distributed. By the way, we were concerned about the sheetrock being unable to support the weight of the mirror, so he first placed a 1 x 6 board behind the mirror before applying the hooks. (Better safe than sorry.) A professional might have done it differently, but it was well worth the effort overall. Pleased to have discovered this piece on the Perigold website.. Suzanne. A beautiful balance of softness and structure gives the Westwood Upholstered Metal Bed a sophisticated presence while keeping the bedroom feeling calm and inviting. Beige performance fabric upholstery wraps the headboard, footboard, and rails, creating a warm neutral foundation with a tailored look that feels comfortable and refined. A metal frame outlines the headboard and footboard in a plated Radiance finish, adding definition and a subtle sense of luminosity against the soft upholstery. The slender metal detailing brings a modern architectural element to the design while allowing the generously upholstered surfaces to remain the focus. Designed to create a serene centerpiece for the bedroom, the Westwood Upholstered Metal Bed pairs everyday comfort with understated elegance.

Great quality but showed dirt from boxes when unloaded, needed to buy a Bunkie board, slats on bed would hold my mattress. Teresa Marie. Kansas City, MO. Wed Sep 02 2026

Reimagining a well-loved historical silhouette with a fresh take on finish, function, and form, the inviting American Panel Bed has a planked motif on the headboard and footboard, scroll-work on the base of the footboard, and caps on the bedposts. Crafted of oak veneers, the finish represents the natural wear one might expect of pieces passed down through the family over time. The headboard can be used alone.

The Boulder Panel Bed makes a striking statement with its architectural latticework headboard, rendered in a warm Boulder medium-brown finish. This bed blends natural texture with clean, modern lines, creating a focal point that is both sophisticated and inviting. The solid panel footboard and side rails complement the intricate headboard, offering a harmonious balance of design and comfort.

Super sturdy and beautiful.. Ashley. Saratoga Springs, NY. Fri May 29 2026

With clean lines and minimal ornamentation, the Sawyer storage bed offers sophisticated style with a laid-back cool. Stitched flanged edges and wood feet in Morel finish provide subtle nuances to this stylish but understated piece. Two hidden drawers in the footboard add function to form.

Nice sturdy bed. Not realy worth it at this price though. Delivery was a nightmare. Two last minute cancelations. When they did come, installed the storage drawer incorrectly and I only noticed after they left. They left a mess when done, Styrofoam everywhere. Deeply textured wood crafts a compelling frame for the Outline panel bed. Finished in Cassel, the headboard offers comfort with a raised and upholstered panel. Bold wood shapes extends around the bed to the footboard, ending in slim block feet.

Beautiful bed and definitely great quality! It’s a timeless style that will stand the test of time.. Christine. Wales, WI. Thu Apr 23 2026

The Geneve shelter bed's stunning headboard folds its wings gently forward to embrace the bed's base. The soft and textural style continues with the upholstered side rails and footboard. Wooden feet on the footboard are finished in Robor.

I have been eyeing this bed for a few weeks before I buy it. I’m so glad I went with it because it is more beautiful in person. The texture of the fabric is that of a flat material it is a more quality type material. I feel like it’s tweed. It is a mix of all the natural colors and warm tones with some beige ivory brown taupe. It would’ve been a lot more helpful to see more up close pictures of the fabric within the reviews or the actual listing. I’m glad I went with my gut. Dont pass on this beauty I attached a close-up picture of the fabric. Disregard the stuff next to it.. Influencerz. NY. Tue Sep 15 2026

The camelback silhouette sets a tailored, architectural tone, pairing softly upholstered contours with the distinctive character of hammered metalwork. The subtly textured surface gives the frame added dimension while keeping the overall look refined and understated. A considered balance of soft textile and sculpted metal lends the bed a polished presence without feeling overly formal. We love how the restrained profile keeps the focus on material, proportion, and craftsmanship, creating a sophisticated centerpiece for the bedroom.

Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend. Just know this is not a lifetime quality bed, but for the price, it’s excellent.. Kathleen. Las Vegas, NV. Fri Jun 05 2026
