I also like that there is an easy way to set a timer for the oven to go off. The oven has a giant window and good lights so I can actually see what is going on. It heats things quickly, the element and stove top don't remain hot for long after cooking, The range looks sharp, even "snappy." The panel display on the range sometimes talks back to you when cleaning it, but you just have to remind it that you're not cooking now, just cleaning. I'm not able to use my Pyrex coffee percolator on this range, which is too bad, but it's OK- the pots and pans you use have to be appropriate for the technology. And the oven- it's ability to convey information and provide uniform heating is first rate. This is my first induction cooktop. Didn’t know what to expect, but I got to say, it is wonderful. It heats quickly and cooks evenly at different temperatures. The controls are easy to see and use. It has different settings, like simmering that works great. I really like the configuration of the controls as well. Did I mention how nice it looks on our counter, picture attached. When I got the cooktop it came with all the necessary instructions and warnings including how not to scratch the ceramic top. My range arrived packaged like a faberge egg. Perfect condition yet easy to unpack. It is sleek and immediately I felt the glass top was so much higher quality than the one I had been using. Turns out that glass quality/ceramic can vary greatly and this is definitely what I was hoping for. The control panel is quite intuitive so the learning curve is easy. All the materials are sturdy, precision made and meant to provide assistance to the chef. As with most Air Fryers, there is an adaptive curve for recipes and well, I made potato chips my first time, delicious even though I was going for just air fried potatoes. It is very well insulated so the kitchen did not heat up much. Because the lower clearance is minimum, we had to have th electrician relocate our receptacle. Only took a few minutes. This model came included in my apartment. Within the 1st month I was living in my apartment, I had ordered a pizza, placed the pizza on the stove top. I guess I had accidentally pushed in one of the stove top knobs and started the pizza box on fire. The stove top knobs are massive & very easy to turn on making this oven a fire hazard :(. It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap.
