It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place.. Pros: This table is very pretty. Seems of good quality. The fire accessory is definitely nice. Comfortable chairs. Cons: It is lighter metal than I expected for the price. Thought it would be solid but it’s hallow. The paint is kinda obviously distressed. Like you can tell it was sponged to make the bronze color. Some of the welds are kinda rough looking. Two chairs are not level.two chairs and the table were hard to assemble. I’m good at putting stuff together but this was tough. Because the instructions are completely useless so you need to just figure out. All and all: this table is beautiful, comfortable and seems pretty good quality but the price is double of what it should be. I added 50lbs of fire glass so expect another 150 $. Subject: Issues with Assembly Quality – Order # 3607414352 Re: order # 3607414352 To whom it may concern, I’m reaching out regarding my purchase of the 8‑person outdoor pub set with seat cushions and the large center lazy Susan. It is the 10 piece high outdoor pub set that cost me in total, $2,649.99. There was a delivery delay because it was delivered mid-June, and it was supposed to arrive sometime between May 4th – 8th . Once it finally arrived, I had to hire someone to assemble it. The assembly that was agreed on with the hired hand was originally supposed to cost us $200, but ended up costing $500.00, due to significant manufacturing defects. Many of the pre‑drilled holes did not line up with the components they were intended for, and the assembler had to drill new holes in multiple areas just to complete the job. The table alone took over three hours because of these issues, and the chairs required additional corrective work as well. The lazy Susan for the center of the table is discolored in spots, I have attached 3 pictures to this email of the lazy Susan. The set is now assembled and looks great, but the amount of extra labor required was far beyond what should be expected for a brand‑new product at this price point. These defects clearly originated from the manufacturing process, not from assembly error. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the product did not meet reasonable quality standards, and the additional cost and difficulty were unexpected and unnecessary. I would appreciate your review of this matter and any consideration you can offer regarding the inconvenience and extra expense we endured caused by the manufacturing defects. It looks great! Sturdy and sleek. The directions were sketches and clear to understand. All pieces were well marked! It took us several hours to finish putting it together mostly because we don't often construct things. The first pieces were difficult because we had to be on our knees to screw it together, after that all was well. Small tools included. When you get to the part where you attach an inner ring to the outer legs, we used the large box it came in to hold it in place by placing it under the metal pieces- which balanced it and held it in place while you screw in place..
