I’m m happy with this chair. I especially like the lumbar support and headrest. They are comfortable and provide strong support for my waist and head. I had a different office chair before, but it couldnt support my head and waist properly it was just a simple home office chair. I love the chair. Super comfortable very easy to put together. But it doesn’t come with instructions on how to do the adjustments. It only came with directions on how to put it together. France dance I would like to tilt the front part of the seat down a little more, but don’t know how to do that. There’s a giant knob on the underneath side of the chair, but there’s no instruction that goes with it. We bought 2 of these in brown/black for our home office and are very pleased with how they look and feel. They are comfortable and have all the features we need, such as adjustable height, tilt, and arm height. The seats and arms are nicely padded and the chair swivels easily. Assembly was pretty simple, too, but for us it was easier with two people. We haven't had the chairs very long, so I wonder how long the faux leather will hold up, but for now it looks good and the chairs feel sturdy enough.
