Love the pan, love the handle better than the other handles. So easy to take on & off. This stockpot is amazing! I just used it to make a beef casserole and it worked perfectly. I have 4 or 5 Berghoff pans and this one didn’t disappoint! I was previously using a stainless steel pot and everything would stick to the bottom if I wasn’t careful enough. These pots make it so easy. The quality of this cookware is outstanding. I especially like the ceramic coating, straining lids, and spoon rests. The handles feel comfortable, and potholders are not required . I loved my Blue Diamond cookware, but I hated having to use my fingernail to clean food from around the rivets. This is a lovely set. The simple modern design is exactly what I was looking for and I love that the set comes with a number of serving pieces which came in very handy for Thanksgiving dinner. The only issue I had was that there were two forks and the second fork seems to be more like a dessert fork than an appetizer fork. I love that the diameter fits on each burner without extending over neighboring burners so that every spot on the stovetop can be utilized. Great even cooking...no hot spots, even when soups remain over flame for 12+ hours.....demi glaze, more than 24 hours.......AND they look beautiful. Please consider making a 15-16 quart. I love that the diameter fits on each burner without extending over neighboring burners so that every spot on the stovetop can be utilized. Great even cooking...no hot spots, even when soups remain over flame for 12+ hours.....demi glaze, more than 24 hours.......AND they look beautiful. Please consider making a 15-16 quart.
