The quality of this cookware is outstanding. I especially like the ceramic coating, straining lids, and spoon rests. The handles feel comfortable, and potholders are not required . The cookware is lightweight, sturdy and does not tilt or wobble on gas stove grates. I've replaced all of my Blue Diamond cookware with BergHOFF Leo Balance. I loved my Blue Diamond cookware, but I hated having to use my fingernail to clean food from around the rivets.
