Love the pan, love the handle better than the other handles. So easy to take on & off. Handles get hot. Treat the pans gently. They do cook nice as long as you cook on medium to low heat . They are basicly the Our Place Everypan that I was hoping to replace . The best nonstick I have ever used. I love Berghoff and I have replaced my set with Berghoff now and I absolutely love them. They heat fast use less gas and clean up easier than I have ever seen. I only worry about making an omelette because I am afraid it would slide right out of the pan! That was a joke but they really do slide right out. Even scrambled are no problem. The cookware is lightweight, sturdy and does not tilt or wobble on gas stove grates. I've replaced all of my Blue Diamond cookware with BergHOFF Leo Balance. I loved my Blue Diamond cookware, but I hated having to use my fingernail to clean food from around the rivets.
