I am very pleased with this sectional. It provides plenty of comfortable seating without making the room feel overcrowded. From there, the lumber travels to one of Serta upholstery frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at 1 of 2 nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in 1 manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. Serta upholstery fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

The sectional is great once you have both pieces together. However, I did have issues with the delivery company that was used. Wayfair sent both pieces in one shipment to the delivery company. The delivery company decided since it said one that only one piece was to be delivered. I talked to them and that was their excuse. Wayfair was great in responding and arranging shipment of the missing piece since the delivery company could not locate the other piece at their warehouse.
