This chair took about an hour to put together. The directions were fine. The pictures were rather small, but all necessary steps were shown. The provided hardware and tool were sufficient. The chair is rather comfortable with the exception of the massage and heating pad, which is extra firm. It’s summer here so I didn’t try the heating function. The massage vibration is variable and rather weak even on the highest setting. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient.
