A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I’ve had this massage chair for about a week now and I’m honestly obsessed with it. I use it every single day, sometimes more than once, and it’s quickly become my favorite way to relax. The pre-programmed settings are amazing. There are so many options that I can always find something that matches how I’m feeling, whether I want something gentle and relaxing or a deeper, more intense massage. I really love that you can switch between the roller massage and the air compression massage. Both feel great in different ways, and having that option makes a big difference. The stretch feature is probably one of my favorite parts. It gives you a full body stretch that feels incredible, especially after sitting or working all day. I didn’t expect to use it as much as I do, but now it’s a must every time I sit in the chair. The zero gravity positions are also a huge plus. Reclining back like that takes all the pressure off your body and makes the whole experience even more relaxing. The auto body scan is surprisingly accurate and makes each session feel customized. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah.
