The materials seemed a little flimsy but once it was all assembled it was very sturdy. The size and storage were exactly what we needed for our space. I wish I could take off half a star because there were no caps to cover the screw heads, which looks a little cheap... but, in all fairness, you could see this issue in the item listing so it was not a surprise. Assembly took my daughter and I two days, but she loves it.. Megan. Chapel Hill, NC. Sat Dec 20 2025

Right now I am frustrated. I don't have all the pieces to assemble the bed. When the bed was delivered I was moving and had to wait to put it together. The bottom storage is flimsy, doesn't fit flush on all sides and feels unable to store much past a few blankets. I am contacting the company to address the missing pieces and the poor construction of the storage space below. I will update my review once I have a response and actions are taken or not. Update: I have been sent a whole new bed. While I appreciate this, I am now responsible for taking down the partially assembled bed, figuring out what to do with all that material. I now have to assemble a whole new bed. I was hoping to be compensated professional assembly. Of course I would love the entire amount, however I would have been happy with even 25%-30%. I was given a 10% off code, however to add the assembly to an already in-progress order, I am not given the option to input a code.. Brooke. ON. Sat May 25 2024

Although I like the look of this bed and it almost perfect I did have bit of an issue with this one. The bed it self is pretty the only problem is the storage drawer does not hold together and it’s very small if you’re looking for good storage. The screws that’s supposed to hold the drawer together just keeps falling out. I got some wood glue so i will try to fix it hopefully it works. I just don’t have time to hassle myself with returning it. Besides this one problem it was easy to put together and seems like a good bed it’s solid and looks good but I’m a bit disappointed.. Sher.
