I wanted a non-toxic plastic-free cutting board that was flexible to allow easy dumping of chopped food into pans, etc. Food grade silicone seems to be the best option, and this board has held up well after 2 weeks of daily use...knife marks are shallow with no signs of cutting through. This is a decent set of utensils. It has just about everything one would need. I do wish the container was larger, but this is simple and cute.
