Very firm and supports the neck without causing cramping of my neck which is a problem I have had with other travel pillows. I have tried several different ones, even ones I had to blow up myself. Just as stated in the product description the rayon bamboo covering is cooling, soft and so cozy feeling that I kept it around my neck while trying it out sitting on the couch. As stated above my neck can get cramped and stiff, this is due to degenerative arthritis. Sitting at my laptop for periods of time can cause my neck to lock, but this pillow has allowed me to spend a little more time on it. Shouldn't have been so surprised when the description says head and neck support. I can’t wait for my trip in July to try it out on the plane. This pillow is not bulky either and comes in a neat zip up carrying case with a handle. Or you can put it in a carry on easily because it won’t take up a lot of space. Love it. It also has a snap to keep it snuggly in place around your neck.. Rosalind. Charlotte, NC. Sun May 04 2025

I can’t sleep on my ears. I can’t take the heat. So a while back I bought a pillow with a hole in the middle to help with this. The only problem is the pillow is so small it barely helps. Other ones I’ve looked at, the price is outrageous. This pillow is the best pillow I have ever used. It has the indentation in the center so my ear isn’t against the pillow plus it has the shape that completely forms to my neck. And it’s so easy to hold onto at night. It also has a pillowcase on it that helps with the heat. I can’t recommend highly enough. Would definitely buy again.. Bettidavizeyezz. Kentucky. Fri Oct 23 2026

Pros -Not too hard or too soft - Memory foam is very contouring to my body - It does goes back to its original shape so far - it doesn’t make me hot Cons - I’m use to super soft pillows so it took me a minute to get use to it - It’s best used on its own, not doubled with another pillow. *Overalll I recommend this pillow it’s worth the try*. I have had three spine surgeries cervical. I have all kinds of metal in my neck from the surgeries and I have tried 20 some pillows in about 10 years and I still have two of them and they were wore out completely. They stopped selling the one brand that took care of my pain and sleeping issues and I recently have bought several pillows from Wayfair to try and this one’s so far is doing what I needed to do. I have to be raised up so I sleep on two pillows and I think this one might be the one we will see.. Kimberly. Thu Apr 30 2026
