This is a replacement for us. Our last one was ruined in a big wind storm. I chose this one based on it was suppose to be heavier. This gazebo is sturdy. I like the look of it as well. We did have many pieces come bent and screws missing. They did offer us a resolution and agreed to send new parts. So customer service was good. Once my husband was able to get all the pieces working I do like the final look. The legs are not solid wood but wood pieces. However it is still heavy and sturdy. No damage to wood. I was originally just looking for a small gazebo to enjoy the summer, but my wife happened to stumble upon this 12x20 monster. The price was right, so I figured, why not go big? It arrived on a truck, perfectly packed without scratch. Three of us started the assembly right after brunch and worked straight through the evening. We were finally able to sit back and relax. The polycarbonate panels feel solid, and they actually keep it pretty warm in this weather. It was a long day, but totally worth it. Great looking pergola with easy to follow instructions. Took two adults about 7 hours to build with breaks in between. We also used the recommended expansion bolts to secure it to our cement patio. The wood is very soft so it does dent and scratch easily while we were building it but it doesnt look bad at all. Love it, my son in law put it up. It was larger than what I thought which was a great thing. Good quality, great product. Great material, strong, well made. I absolutely adore my new four-season gazebo! It’s spacious, sturdy, and incredibly strong. I secured the post using heavy-duty bolts on a reinforced deck foundation. The instructions were not the most user-friendly, but since I’m quite handy with assembling things, I managed to comprehend most of the directions. However, I can understand how some people might find it challenging. Lastly, please don’t be like me and attempt to assemble this gazebo on your own. The gazebo looks amazing. We bought it for its look and its wind rating. Took about 2.5 days with power tools. Would recommend organizing all the pieces first. A great price on a 10x13 louvre gazebo. Rain runs off in gutters as described. Blocks the sun well. Louvre top does not operate separate on right and left side as described- no design feature to allow for that . Still very pleased with appearance and performance.
