IMO, great chairs! The package and all parts arrived undamaged, parts are well organized in the box with clear labeling, instruction manual is well written with clear/simple drawings, the chair color (light walnut) looks good as advertised, and the chair assembly is painless. First, the included wrench is marginal. IMO, start your chair assembly with a standard wrench - it'll make for a more pleasant experience. Second, I would pre-drill all the screw hole ends to eliminate wood cracking, specifically the seat back (see photo). Use a 3/32" drill bit or smaller on hole ends to prevent wood cracking. Two white Adirondack lounge chairs with retractable footrest: great value, free shipping, arrived on time in just a few days, well-packed, easy to follow assembly instructions with pictures and all parts clearly labeled. All nuts, washers, bolts and two simple tools were included and well-marked. The chairs are attractive, very sturdy, comfortable with three reclining positions and there’s a fold up with a handle for transporting. Although they are heavy we feel that this is a reflection of the high quality HDPE material that will not deteriorate in the weather as our two previous wooden chairs did.
