The 3-Ply Stainless Steel Viking 12 quart. Stockpot helps to achieve rolling boils in a shorter time than conventional stockpots due to the clad construction throughout the vessel. The 3-Ply Stainless Steel build allows the side of the vessel to transfer energy from the side walls as well as the bottom so that more of the pot is working to distribute heat quickly and evenly. Beautifully polished to a mirror finish the Viking stockpot is constructed with a three layers of metal - the exterior layer is a magnetic 18/0 stainless steel making this pot compatible with induction stovetops as well as gas, electric and ceramic. The next layer is an aluminum alloy to evenly and efficiently distribute the heat throughout the pot. The inner cooking layer is 18/8 surgical stainless steel that is easy to clean and non-reactive, making it an excellent surface for preparing acidic foods such as tomato based sauces. The combination of materials increases the heat transfer throughout the pan, making more efficient for cooking. The large capacity of the stockpot is ideal for preparing pastas, soups, stocks and more. The vessel's high walls minimize evaporation, making it ideal for slow simmering techniques. The Viking signature handles are mounted to the vessel with solid stainless steel rivets and are designed for easy grip even with a towel or oven mitt. Compatible with all stove types, the Viking stockpot is oven and grill friendly up to 600 degrees Fahrenheit. The Viking 3-Ply Stainless Steel 12 quart Stockpot is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Dishwasher safe. The Stock Pot is constructed from 5 layers of metal for heightened durability and conductivity, so pasta water goes from room temperature to a rolling boil in just minutes. Its 360-degree clad also improves heat circulation, so cooking is more consistent whether you’re blanching, canning, or making stock. The 5-ply construction cleans up in seconds, because it prevents the hot spots that lead to stuck-on messes. Two looped handles and an angled rim make transport and ptheing simple, while a tight-fitting lid traps steam to accelerate the boil and lock in flavor.

Now I can cook healthy meals. I am very happy with the purchase and the quality of this pot. It is very well made and good investment for life.. Agnese. Wed Oct 14 2026

Bon Chef's induction bottom Classic Country French Pot with Lid. Classic Country French collection combines attractive design with functional construction for the ultimate line of efficient, easy-to-use cookware. Each cooking vessel interweaves 5 layers of highly conductive aluminum and stainless steel for optimal even heat distribution. Induction-ready cookware works with your induction stove, electric stove, and gas stove for fast, even heating. Use country French collection cookware in conjunction with stainless steel food pan to create a double boiler, perfect for foods that cook best in moist heat. Handling instructions: Use only metal-safe detergents. For heavily soiled conditions presoak in hot water and soap. Do not use it in the dishwasher, must be hand washed. Do not scour or scrape the outside color, only the inside may be scoured. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. This may scratch the enamel finish. Do not stack your pots or pans, it may create metal marks on the finish. Do not bang them against each other, scratches may occur. Use on induction, electric, or gas stoves. When using an open flame (gas) never let the flame touch the sides of the color. Classic Country French pots/pans may go in the oven up to 350 degrees. Never use CCF collection empty, this will overheat the pot/pan and cause damage.

Wonderful pan! Very well made. NOTE: We bought the Stainless Steel version of this Classic Country Pan pan (not the yellow or red one).Anyhow, this VERY LARGE 9 quart covered S.Steel pan really should be called a "LARGE SAUTE` PAN" because it is 4 inches high and 15 inches in diameter. It is like a PAELLA type sautee` pan, and not really what I would call a "stock pan" (as the title says). Thus, if you are looking for an extra large (HUGE) and low sautee` pan with a lid that is INDUCTION COOK TOP compatible, then this pan is for you. This pan has 2 helper handles too, which is great since this pan is so heavy. And the heaviness of this pan is actually nice since it will not warp! The lid is also heavy so that it will not warp. I must say that this pan is multi-functional because it can be used as a Frying Pan, or a Sautee` Pan, or as a STIR FRY pan, if you are trying to feed a LARGE CROWD. We bought this pan to cook for a larger crowd, and therefore we chose this 15 inch pan for this purpose. Also, it is VERY HARD to find a sautee` pan in this size. We looked everywhere and this pan was the only one we found that is LARGE, well made, heavy, and from a reputable company. Also, for this size pan (9 quart) , the cost was much less than Tramortina or All-Clad...So that's another PLUS!...WE are very pleased and the packing was AMAZING (double boxed) and it arrived in perfect condition.. I'm not a professional cook, or accomplished amateur, but I do cook regularly, and I prefer cooking on stainless steel as opposed to non-stick. This is a solidly made 8 inch frying pan, that feels like it will last forever. It's perfect size for when you don't need to use a larger frying pan. It's a little heavier than what I was expecting, but overall very happy with the purchase.. Bobf. Philadelphia, PA. Sun Sep 27 2026
