The photos don't do it justice, it's pretty to look at and definitely classes up any space it's in. The crystals are cheap (as would be expected for the price). They show color at the chandelier but do not throw the color onto the walls like a prism would. Realistically, if you had high-quality crystals, in that amount, the cost of the piece would be much, much, much more expensive, so I am happy with the overall value. Installiation was a pain. I've had this chandelier for a year now. It took a while to arrive and when it did it was in 5 huge and very heavy boxes. It was professionally installed by a 3 person crew over 13 hours. As the installation neared completion it was discovered that a piece to enclose a circular ring at the base of the chandelier was too small. I contacted customer service and it was a nightmare to get the correct piece that fit. They sent me the same too small piece twice. Finally I had to go to nearby chandelier retailer who was able to obtain the correct size crystal ring for the base closure, after thwt ev3rythibf was perfect. The finished product is absolutely breaktaking. It is a statement and a conversation piece. Everyone who walks into my home is blown away by it. I will say it was well work the hassel of the incorrect piece. The picture speaks for itself. I would absolutely recommend this product.
