My original complaint: I ordered two sets of two chairs for a total of 4 chairs. Just the 4 upper chairs without legs or hardware were in the two boxes. they are useless as delivered! Upon complaining to Wayfair, the rep sent my complaint back to the factory. It turns out that the legs and hardware and an Allen key for each chair were concealed in a zippered compartment under the seat. This took a long time; Wayfair should've known the solution to the problem when I first contacted customer service. This chair is a great value. I love the real wood base and the fabric is really nice too (I have the beige linen) The cushions were vacuum packed upon arrival and therefore a bit wrinkled, but I hit them with my hand steamer and that problem was quickly and easily resolved. It was easy to assemble, I did it myself in about 15 minutes. The only negative for me is the screw hole covers. They are plastic which feels cheap for such an otherwise quality piece. I wish they were wood that matched better. Thats why I give it 4 out of 5 stars. My chair arrived intact and on day expected. The FedEx driver was putting it on the carport which was great due to expect. I asked if he could take to my feet family room door just about 15-20 ft from where he was leaving it and he did, earning him a tip. The chair had no damage and I noted that the dust cover at bottom of the chair was actually cloth instead of the paper like stuff that’s often used. I’m 79 yo and moved the box into the house, removed and inspected everything by myself. I attempted to attach the wings to the back but was unable to get the brackets to slide into each other so had to wait for help. Once that was done the rest was easy. I love the color and like many have said in reviews the seat is hard. I expect it will soften up with uses. The fabric is nice and I expect to get many years of use from this chair.
