The furniture itself is very strong and the design looks great, but my experience was disappointing. The set arrived with a small missing piece, and it didn’t include any instructions at all, so I had to figure out the assembly by myself. Wayfair customer care was helpful, but it took almost two weeks to receive the instructions by email, which was far too late to be useful. Overall, the quality is good, but the missing part and lack of instructions made the process frustrating.. Mira. Wed Sep 23 2026

I have a puppy that plays and jumps A LOT and was concerned about having a leather sofa. His sharp nails and rough playing has not damaged the sofa at all. Thank goodness! The color is great. The quality is great. The bottom cushions are a little hard but that is exactly what you want when getting a new sofa because its brand new. The back cushions are soft and comfortable. Great purchase. I was a little concerned about people saying that the pieces were a different color but thankfully, that didn't happen to me. Everything is perfect.. Rayvin. Houston, TX. Nice and soft sofa. Easy to assemble. I still think there are some gaps in the cushions even though it has had over 48 hrs to expand. Overall it is comfortable to sit on. Did not want something too deep or too low and this for the mark. The only thing I really dislike is the fabric care is solvent based solutions only.. Tami. Mansfield, TX. Sat Sep 05 2026

Couch is very sturdy and pretty comfortable after cushions inflate. My biggest complaint is it’s hard to set up. Instruction were a little vague and the material underneath was awful to work around.. Noah. Wed Sep 09 2026

Configure your ultimate comfort with our Faux Leather Upholstered Sectional Sofa. Its deep, generously cushioned seats with high-density foam provide spacious support, while the accent pillows offer enhanced lumbar, backrest, and armrest relaxation. Perfect for any living space, this cloud couch combines a plush feel with lasting style and everyday ease, all supported by a sturdy reinforced frame.

Overall, I really like this couch! It’s a great size for my condo without taking up too much space, and I love the flexibility of the two ottomans. You can use them to create one long chaise or two smaller chaises on either end, which is great when you have guests over. My only reason for giving it four stars is the back cushions. Everything arrived compressed and puffed up nicely after opening, but the back cushions stayed much thinner than I expected. The couch is also a little shallower than my previous one, so when it’s placed directly against the wall, it feels more upright than lounge-y. I’ll probably add a narrow console table behind it to give a little more room to lean back comfortably. Otherwise, I’m really happy with it and think it’s a great couch for a smaller space!. Chelsi.
