I was a bit concerned when I purchased 2 sets of the Eddie Bauer 100%flannel full size, sheet sets because of the low price. Upon receiving them they were packaged as a present with a lovely ribbon. These sheets were discounted because they were leftover holiday patterns. I chose the blue and white plaid and the pine cone patterns. Washed them and put then on the bed. They are absolutely the softest and most comfortable sheets I can ever remember using. Last night was the fist night using them, now I can't wait to crawl into bed . My husband likes them also. I think that because the sheets were 100% cotton, they may have felt less silky, and caused me to sleep a little warmer than I would of slept on a combination material sheet? This is why I rated them 4 stars rather than 5. They have deep pockets, fit well & stayed in place on my 15" mattress. I washed the sheets before using them and they were wrinkly out of the dryer, this did not matter to me, after I put them on the mattress, most of the wrinkles disappeared.
