Poor refrigeration effect? --- Please note that when the yellow light comes on, the fan starts to cool down. It takes about 40-45 minutes to cool (0.08 gal each time, the cooling temperature is 46-59℉). Please do not put cold water in the cooling process, otherwise, the cooling time will be prolonged. After the cooling is over, the yellow light goes off, the fan stops running, and the cold water can be discharged.

This brown (not black) water dispenser puts out water, but it seemingly can't keep up with any amount, and it reads as empty after a few seconds. The dispense button needs to be pressed each time this error occurs, defeating the purpose of the device. Worst of all, though, is that a strong plastic smell emanates from the interior. After pumping more than 10 L through it, the water still tasted distinctly like plastic. Again, aside from how it looks, the unit is not at all functional.
