I love the size, shape and color of the tiles. They feel like they are well made. I was happy they arrived intact despite not being super carefully packed (they were not insulated in the package with foam or packing material, but the smaller box of tile was in a larger box that did have packing materials). The way they were packaged might not work out well for a larger order with multiple boxes. There was a residue on each tile (maybe because there was nothing between them in the package) but it scrapes off. I did not see the color variation that is shown in the stock photos. This is really pretty but the hexagons are a lot smaller than I expected and the color is very mixed, whites, beige, cream, not white white as detailed in the product description, but I would be willing to overlook this because the price was well worth the change in my design. I say would because I can't do anything with my order currently due to a huge problem I am still trying to run down which is extremely frustrating. I used the Wayfair tool to calculate what I needed to order based on my square footage, which totals 80 sq. ft. Both the calculation tool as well as the total summary of my order clearly states that 1 Unit contains 10 sheets or 10 sq. ft of tile. Unfortunately, when I received my order, it was only 8 individual sheets not the 8 boxes of 10 sheets/80 sheets as needed, which I have rechecked twice since to make sure I was not missing something. The worst part is that I was charged for 80 sq. ft. or 8 units (1 unit = 10 sheets/80 sheets total). Not sure what I am going to do at this point but this was disappointing, frustrating and costing me more time than I have and no tile to provide contractors who are scheduled to finish my kitchen in two days.. The tile is beautiful! But there seems to have been a packaging/delivery problem, many tiles were chipped on the corners and front edges and a few were broken. There were many other tiles that were chipped on the back side, but I can still use those. The ones I can't use added up to about 3/4 of a box. Good quality tile, individual tiles not on a grid, shipped quickly. I bought these for my bathroom remodel which is in progress with many items from Wayfair. Update!! Its waiting on grout but its down and it looks amazing yes the color is more true to terracotta than I expected it is beautiful! Aqua…..beautiful…..wish they offered samples. I Had to buy a box….absolutely fell in LOVE!!! Then sent the box back and ordered 6 more boxes for my project, so they would all be the same dye lot. I was so excited…..Well, I was sent a completely different tile. Not even close to the stunning color of the actual first box sent to me. Very disappointing nonetheless !
