Our house has all original 1990s contractor special light fixtures. They are a pain to maintain even with LED bulbs. I have very poor lighting in my house and was thinking of installing recessed lighting, but then I found this, which is a much less expensive option. The lighting simulated the patterns of the sky, including sunrise and cloudy days. The remote is easy to use . Installation requires watching a you tube video, but that made it much easier . If you are looking for a heavy duty flood light, this is it. The frame is heavy and feels solid. This light gives you a variation of colors and lights up the area quit well. I had never seen a ceiling light like this before and was pretty intrigued. The light itself is pretty large. We are planning to install it in a bedroom, however it would probably work well in a larger space like a living room. The light comes with a remote which can control the color and brightness. There is also an app that can be used to control the various functions of the smart light.
