This shelf arrived packaged well with no damage. The instructions were fairly clear and the shelf is quite light making the building experience simple. The only hang up I had was with the back cover, as there are very many small screws and on my product the pre-drilled holes did not perfectly align with the cover's screw holes. Did put together top and bottom with holes facing wrong way and had to remove and flip one bottom tower so that joining screws found holes. Very wobbly and definitely anchored to wall on either side. Delivered on time and in good shape. All parts were well labeled and included. Instructions are picture only with no words so make sure that you are paying close attention when putting things together. But it put together easily and love how it looks as an end result.
