Update the replacement parts arrived earlier than expected and I didn’t have any problem putting it together after that. I especially like that there’s a little pocket on the hammock. I accidentally submitted this review too early. The chair arrived about a week ago, but parts of the stand were dented and can’t fit together. Nice swing overall. Wish the back cushion covered a larger area. Should chose if supported is needed at neck or head, not both. It’s little uncomfortable to sit longer. The instructions are minimal and essentially incomplete, and the tools that come with it are cheap and strip easily.
